Seven Acres
Twenty-two thousand square feet on Fairview Road where work, wellness, and gathering share a roof — coworking, fitness studios, a cafe, and acres to walk.
A social club for how people actually live.
Most of us split our days across a half-dozen places — an office, a gym, a coffee shop, somewhere to see friends. Seven Acres puts them on one campus so the day flows instead of stops and starts.
The building holds coworking and meeting space, fitness and recovery studios, and a cafe, wrapped around grounds you can actually use. Members move between working, moving, and connecting without leaving.
It's a big footprint, but the intent is small and human: fewer commutes, more running into people you know.
One membership, a whole day.
We bundle the parts of a good day that usually live in separate businesses — and operate them together.
Stack the uses
Work, wellness, and food under one roof means each visit does more, and the campus stays busy from morning to evening.
Own the grounds
The acres aren't leftover space — trails, patios, and open ground are part of the offer, not the parking lot.
Membership, not tenancy
People join a place, not just rent a desk. That changes how the space is run and how long people stay.
