Shack Properties is where ShackWorks started, back in 2013. Before there were ventures to name, there were buildings to run — leases, maintenance, tenants, books — and the discipline of doing that well.
Years of managing our own portfolio turned into a real operating capability: leasing, maintenance coordination, financials, and the day-to-day care that keeps buildings and tenants healthy.
Now we offer that same team out to other owners who'd rather have a local, hands-on operator than a distant one. We run other people's places the way we run our own.
